Dave Talling is a passionate chef and wildlife photographer, whose work bridges the worlds of culinary artistry and nature storytelling. In the kitchen, I spend time  crafting dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients and global flavors; behind the lens, I spend my time capturing  untamed wilderness and the raw beauty of wildlife across continents. With a deep respect for the natural world, I fully use the outdoor world to decompress after a long season, week or even some times the day to just get a back to enjoying the amazing things this planet has to offer, with roughly the 25 plus years of both behind me, there is always one more dish and one more photo to keep me going,
